Yeast Infection - July 4, 2009
Well you may have seen my question earlier, but it is thrush, i have spoken to my mum, and i do get it quite a lot actually. This is becuase at school i have to wear black tights which are like a plastic material and it makes me sweat. I always get rid of it in the holidays, but at school how do i prevent it or help it to go away?

I’m on an antibiotic and got a yeast infection. Can I take over the counter medicine like Monistat, while still on an antibiotic?
Does it matter which one i get? Meaning If i have 7 days of antibiotics left if i get the three day monistat will the infection come back?

I have Seborheic Dermatitis and it peaks in the winter, I have decided that my diet has alot to do with it. I eat cheese at every meal, mushrooms five times a week, and I drink wine. I have decided to try the anti candida (low yeast) diet but it is very strict. Will I still see results if I eliminate these foods and still eat them occasionally? Or do I really have to go cold turkey?
