I am having the worst time trying to find something ok to eat. Everyone has an opinion on what is ok and what isn’t, some things are contradicting. Can I eat fruit? Is oatmeal ok? I can do without yeast products, but what about sugars? There is sugar in everything!! I read not to have anything formented. But applecider vinegar is ok? I’ve been losing weight, and I am naturally skinny to begin with. Although I am willing to do what I have to do to get rid of my Candida I am not willing to starve myself.
